A major luxury watch manufacture brand will open its new flagship store in Hungary on Andrassy út, Budapest. The following positions are open for highly motivated candidates who have great passion for complicated luxury Timepieces & elegant Jewelry and are ready to take their part in building the Hungarian market for this globally well known brand.

• Enhance the customers after sales experience by developing a strong brand & product knowledge base and not only demonstrate but provide superior customer service
• Insure the assembly of mechanical movements and detect dysfunctions, assuring their correction and reparation
• Achieve workload targets within an agreed timeframe and maintain promised customer expectations
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement
• Diplomatically, if needed, manage customer complaints

• The candidate for this job should have a Watchmaker’s CFC or equivalent
• At least 3 years work experience in the reparation of mechanical movements
• Analytical mind, and an autonomous, rigorous and persevering character
• Passion for high-end timepieces and complications
• International experience is an advantage
• Any foreign language knowledge is a benefit
• Well groomed and presentable
• Responsible and reliable
