A luxury gourmet store opening in Buda in 2010 is looking for a

Store Manager

·       Responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction

·       Provides the smooth operation of the store in cooperation with the management

·       Participates in the service and hospitality operation

·       Motivates the employees, and sets an example with her/his attitude

·       Supervises the cleanness of the store, and monitors the observance of hygienic instructions

·       Provides high standard of service and product quality

·       Prepares financial and other plans, and reports, does the back office administration

·       Actively participates in communication with international partners, and in product ordering

·       Responsible for daily and monthly logistic of the store and stock management

·       collage/university degree

·       Customer-oriented personality

·       Advanced computer skills

·       Fluent English knowledge, other languages is an advantage

·       Ambitious personality, strong management view

·       Loadability, positive minded, good problem solving skills

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Relevant experience in hospitality and commerce (delicates is an advantage)

·       Driving licence (cathegory B), willingness to travel

·       Knowledge of international cuisine and gourmet world is an advantage

·       Experience in fine food stores
